Enter the Rift of the Damned in the Latest Riders of Icarus Content Update

Riders of Icarus Content Update Now Live

When the Rift of the Damned opens up, the world of Riders of Icarus could well be changed forever! As the delicate balance of forces keeping the rift from slipping into ruin hangs by a thread, Riders will have to work together to squash the servants of evil and prevent disaster.

Rift of the Damned is the latest content update for Nexon's highly praised MMORPG, Riders of Icarus. So the story goes, the titular Tritael Rift was created when the Goddess Ellora stood face to face with Zelnaris, the God of Ruin, creating a perilous land filled with floating, crumbling isles.

Now, the goddess' power is fading fast, which could spell doom for the region of Hakanas. The Rift of the Damned update raises the game's level cap to 40 — and players will need to take full advantage of that increase in order to survive the challenges that await.

When Ellora and Zelnaris did battle, Void Letonsia and Void Kargyle were introduced to the dark skies above Tritael. They've remained in the location ever since, and Riders who dare step into the Tritael Field may have to face them in combat if they trespass on their stomping grounds.

The Rift of the Damned also introduces Supreme Commander Izhora and his fearsome spirit army, the Mythical Guardians of the Exarahn Badlands, and a host of new mounts and pets that can be employed as a familiar.
