ArtCraft Entertainment, Inc. has already raised over $550,000 on Kickstarter for their upcoming MMORPG Crowfall. The game combines elements from classic MMOs with those of large-scale strategy games, giving players complete control of the universe around them. Gamepedia is proud to present the Crowfall Wiki, a growing resource for all things related to this upcoming title.
Crowfall is a Throne War Simulator, and it focuses on approaching time, destruction, and power in never-before-seen ways. These unique aspects of the game, paired with a fantastic team of developers, are why the game’s Kickstarter has seen such a phenomenal beginning. The MMORPG provides a completely new gaming experience in these three fundamental ways:
- Time – Campaign worlds last for only a period of time, but characters exist continuously. When a Campaign World ends, characters will travel back to their home bases in the Eternal Kingdoms. The Kingdoms do not have any resources, but last forever.
- Destruction – All Campaign Worlds are procedurally generated, so no two maps will be the same. The worlds are created with voxels, so everything is destructible. Once you enter a new Campaign World, you’ll be surrounded by monsters, ruins, and the most dangerous threat of all - other players.
- Power – Unlike Campaign Worlds, the Eternal Kingdoms last forever. You’ll have complete ownership of your kingdom, and you can rule your land as you see fit. You can divide your domains into provinces and grant those lands to other players.
