The game is now available for Early Access on Steam, and you can also download a demo from the game’s website. Gamepedia is proud to announce the Official CrossCode Wiki, your premiere source for learning about the game’s combat system, characters, and more.

In CrossCode, you follow a player called Lea as she logs into CrossWorlds, a fictional MMO in the distant future. Lea has lost her memories and is mute; the only way to regain her forgotten knowledge is to play CrossWords, discover the wonders of the world, and meet other players along the way. The more you and Lea explore CrossWorlds, the more of her memory is restored. Her returning thoughts reveal more questions than answers, and you begin to discover that CrossWorlds has several dark secrets. Steam reviewers have praised the game’s music, interesting skill system, and immersive storyline. Gameplay features include:

  • Fast-paced combat – The game’s combat system features melee fighting, ranged attacks, guarding, dashing, and a variety of special attacks.

  • Complete RPG system – Leveling, equipment, consumables, and a skill tree are all included, providing you with a classic RPG experience.

  • Stunning gameplay – With 16-bit, SNES-style 2D graphics, detailed animations, and a bright game world, you’ll enjoy exploring the beautiful terrain around you.
